About me

I'm an entrepreneur, born in 1979, and an independent trader. In life I've always chosen the same thing: the freedom to run my own day. Today I trade for a living — but to get here I studied, got it wrong and lost real money. I'll tell you everything, with no filters, so you know exactly who you're dealing with.

Where I come from

At 23, back in 2003, I left a steady job to go out on my own: I wanted to decide how my day went. I never looked back. I built a business in ecommerce, carving out a real position on the main online sales channels. Looking back, I was already trading without knowing it — buy, sell, manage risk, read demand: the asset changes, the logic doesn't.

How I got into trading

I started studying trading seriously in 2024, out of passion. I paid for courses on CFDs, forex, metals and indices, following traders I believed were reliable — some were, others much less so. Between training and losses I put in around €60,000: money left behind in systems that looked promising and with a few "gurus" who turned out to be smoke. It's part of the game, and I was lucky enough to be able to afford it — but it's also why today I want to spare you the same mistakes.

I didn't stop at chart analysis. I also studied algorithmic trading on futures and CFDs, learning to build expert advisors for MT5 and automated systems. In 2024 I started trading my own accounts, following plenty of signal rooms out there to understand how they enter the market and with what logic. By the end of the year I was at roughly €3,000 in net profits: not much, but enough to know I was on the right track.

And then I discovered prop firms

I first heard about them at the end of 2024, during an online event: I had no idea what they were.

What a prop firm is, in two lines

It's a company that puts its own capital in the hands of traders. You pass a challenge by showing you can trade with discipline and respect risk rules, and in exchange they give you an account funded with their money. Profits are split — often 80-90% goes to you. The good part: you risk the firm's capital, not yours. The hard part: the challenge costs money, the rules are strict (drawdown, targets) and — above all — not every firm actually pays the payouts. That's exactly where this site was born.

I understood straight away that they could be the step up I was looking for: the one that lets you truly say, I trade for a living.

2025: crazy numbers and a lesson

I'll be honest: in 2025 I put up numbers beyond all logic and expectation. The problem is that I did it recklessly, risking far too much. And I paid the price: I blew live accounts — the ones where you cash out real money — through my own mistakes and a risk/reward a professional would never dream of.

That's when I changed everything. Today I use a realistic, sustainable approach: less show, more consistency. That's how I went from "I made a big hit" to "I'm making a living from trading". The difference isn't luck: it's discipline.

How I work today

I didn't sit back on the results. I keep studying every day and I started using artificial intelligence to develop my trading. Let me be clear on one point: I don't use expert advisors. My trading is always, and only, manual.

What I built with AI is a system that generates my own profitable personal signal rooms:

  • Backtests going back up to 20 years, wherever the data for the asset exists.
  • It processes every strategy out there on the market and keeps only the ones that hold up.
  • It gives me signals every day, but it isn't static: it adapts to the outcome of real trades and re-tunes itself every 60 days.

I designed it that way for a precise reason: studying algorithmic trading taught me the limits of traditional automated systems, and with AI I worked around them. To do that I had to study artificial intelligence properly too. Everything is designed by me: no team, no programmer behind the scenes. Just me, what I learned in over twenty years as an entrepreneur and what I keep learning every morning.

Why I created BestPropReviews

The big comparison sites get millions of visits, but they live off affiliate deals: if a firm stops paying, they'll never tell you, because they don't trade every day. I do. In 2025 I withdrew a six-figure sum from prop firms ($***.***), real and with certificates — and in 2026 I'm already at $**.***,** (as of 11 July). You can see the exact figures by signing up.

I want to build a community: on your own you're a fish in the ocean, but together we become someone worth listening to. Not against the firms — alongside them: honest firms get informed, loyal traders, and we get better conditions and the certainty of knowing in time which ones to trust.

If you're a prop firm reading this, you have nothing to fear: you have every interest in working with me. Here, whoever pays on time and treats traders well gets the spotlight — with the proof. Transparency rewards those who do their job well.

What I do for you, concretely

  • No prop firm pays me, and none ever will: I'm not their employee or a promoter, I'm their customer exactly like you. That's what lets me tell you the truth, even when it's inconvenient.
  • I use the firms myself and report the real experience, upsides and downsides.
  • I show you my payouts with the certificates in hand.
  • If a new firm comes out and convinces me, I buy the challenge myself, test it and tell you how it went.
  • With the firms I consider most reliable I look for discount codes for my followers — an advantage for you, and that's how I keep the channel going.
  • Coming soon on my YouTube channel, with videos and evidence in hand.

Full transparency: some links are affiliate links (if you buy you don't pay more and you support the project). No prop firm pays me for a review, and I will never ask a single cent from any firm. Trading involves risk: my story is mine, and past results don't guarantee future ones.
